The reciptionist is rude. I called in for an appointment. When I reached there after 4-5 hr there was still a long line. Receptionist told me he would call me when my appointment is near. He later called me 1 hr before my appointment. He was very very rude. But Dr. Ishita herself is a renowned doctor. She herself is very polite. Her treatments can be a bit expensive but you can ask for alternatives
If you value your time this isn't the place you are ought to be at. You would be on time( as directed while assigning you the number) you will be asked for waiting for atleast 2 hours. If you pre plan stuff and come an hour late you will again be asked to wait for 2 hours, no concrete steps from the doctor herself to make some positive changes to the management. I gave two stars just because doctor does listenes to your problem and responds actively. That is all you get and a ruined day ( in case you feel you do have a lot of time to invest/waste do consider visiting them you would not face any disappointment ).
Dr.Ishita Dua is very professional and experienced, her caring nature towards patient is really appreciated. She never put her patient into any expensive treatment until it's really required. Very calm and her patience in listening made comfortable with her to discuss about my skin issue and within few days my skin got healed Thanks dear doctor and i recommend you to all my friends and family for any skin issues ...
