Hospital and ward nurses are good ,but ward pharmacy staffs are too much slow work,bzc I need medicine for ICU patient..but am waited one hour there. they not think patient feelings and situations,,,, worst service ward pharmacist and also 15 staffs are working inside too slow and worst service and (not rush)

Had been here for my treatment. Waited for many hours to get room allocated. Finally got the room by night and u can see it in the video I posted. I myself had to kill a rat that was running over my bed in the night. Will never recommend for treatment.

I was an wonderfull experience. Everyone is very helpful and co-operative espacially ritesh and ahsana. Both have been guiding us from the begining we came to see doctor but we also had 15 mothns baby with us. They helped us going beyond there way to make sure we were well take care.we were worried we will have problem in communication but there were there to help us out. Thank you so much. Best service i have ever got in any hospital. Thanks for your hospitality.

Sharing my personal experience: My wife underwent maternal procedures at this hospital, and we found the staff to be welcoming and professional. Dr. Hemalatha, who supervised her from day 1 of pregnancy, was experienced and good. The baby & mom package was worth the cost, and Miss Remina, the package coordinator, was consistently helpful and kind throughout the period. Highly recommend considering the package for maternal treatment here.

Very happy to share my experiences here that what an outstanding service from the team. Especially Ahsana who was the health checkup Co- ordinator. She assisted me through out the day and explained each and every department. I am very much impressed with the service and quality of care provided by Dr Moopens Medical college.

Intern from social work department of DMMC As the part of academic curriculum I reached here for to complete my internship and the medical setting. I had a fantastic experience that not only deepened my understanding of the medical setting but also exposed me to new medical terminology. Additionally, all four members of the social work department were incredibly cooperative and supportive towards all interns.

Wims hospital is the best hospital in the Malabar area I have ever seen. The hospital is having all the departments for there sucess also the most appreciated and elegant department in the hospital is department of medical social work because the initiatives and all programs conducted by the department is having more good feedback and also heart touching. I use this platform to appreciate the department staff more over the warriors of the medical social work department

It's one of the main hospital in Wayanad district which provide all kind fecilities to the needy. Staffs are very much helpful and provide good service to the patient. Personally l have a very good experience with the cardiology department. There approach towards the patients are excellent. The management has kept the hospital premise as neat clean. The rest room also maintained well. The parking area is excellent. The expenses is little high but they are accepting the Arogya insurance card which is very helpful patient who are facing financial constraints. Dr Moopen and entire management team is doing very good effort and service to the society. Keep going..!
