Very bad experience... Doctor did not pay attention & time to patients.. & also very non co-operative staff... Earlier Dr. was good but now worse. There is not a single responsible person to ask any query...
Pathetic service. Especially the retired angry old chicha who is compounder (receptionist) over there dont know how to respond to the queries of the patients also dont know the basic etiquettes how to talk to people. Lobby wasnt clean at all. There are sign boards every where to keep silence, whereas the staff itself was shouting like anything. Although Dr.Mokashi is very experienced and kind he is one of the well known and reputed doctor in the town. There is need to look overhospital management and staff.
It is biggest landmark in all junnar. Dr.Rafiq mokashi is a owner and in charge over here....he is a most intelligent and most educated doctor as per local people and people also say he is expensive doctor to. This hospital is good for maternity and others. This is biggest and very old hospital.
