Need them to focus on staff management. The layout of customer service section at the ground floor is miserable with medical practitioners all around doctors chamber area. I had to approach two to three desk to make an appointment. One of the desk said just go to 3rd floor the doctor is there and someone will jot down patient name. When reaching I could only find patients and medical practitioners. No staff to write names. I could see some ward boys rushing here and there moving bed ridden or blood test patients. Finally 20 mins after approaching ward boys we were told to make an entry inside doctors chamber. Last not the least I find the Doctors are kind and friendly.
My experience at Dr Mohpal nursing Home was very good. I went there for my backpain issue. I consulted with Dr.Bhunesh mohpal as well as Senior most Dr.K C Mohpal. They explained me the route couse of my problem very clearly. I am fully satisfied with the treatment. Highly recommended.
A little more professional approach is required..specially if any payment is being made then a receipt should be given without the patient asking for it...I have been going for physiotherapy there since last one week...
Hospital seems to be fine and Doctors are good and well behaved and Calm. But I guess that doesn't give them leverage to walk in when ever they want. This is my 4 visit and honestly every time had to wait for 2 hours... Big issue with punctuality !!! Need to understand that other people have work to do
When I was 3 to 4 yrs k.c.mohpal joined my leg tilted, the gap between the knees were almost negligible and now my knee is having so much of problems at the age of 17. I got operated on 13th January 2023 from Dr Abhishek Agarwal. Mohpal is the worst (doctor) i have to mention that but he is not he is a fraud. I will never reffer him. Dr Abhishek Agarwal from Jalan Medical is the best orthopaedic doctor in Siliguri. If I would have the papers of the hospital and the treatment done by Kc Mohpal I would have taken legal action against him...Never Believe this Doctor. I would not have even give 1 star but to post this review I have to give 1 star rating. He is just there to loot public, and spoil their good working bones. He is not a doctor he is a fraud. I don't know about other doctors present there. But I request never ever go for ortho related because I don't want others to suffer as I am suffering now. I think other doctors there are good may be but kc Mohpal and his Sons who are orthopaedic are the worst.

Took my dad for Ortho checkup. The Doctor was quite attentive and polite. Explained everything properly. Seems like the whole family took the oath of studying Orth. Jokes apart the Doctor was very pleasant and empathetic. I don't know about his ethnicity but he is very well spoken in Nepali. He used some words which even I didn't use(being a nepali) . Gave good service and advice. Satisfied as of now.
One of best centre for ortho care in Siliguri. Highly recommended.
