Pathetic customer service and very unprofessional. I have been trying to get an appointment for my father for the last 7 days and they have been uncooperative to say the very least. I stay near the rash Behari clinic and they are suggesting appointments for a branch that is way too gar from my place. Give them a call and they will say send report only then we can give appointment. I am not sure if this is their regular policy or they don't have slots. They should be upfront if they don't have dates and not be so vague about the appointment dates making us wait a week to finally understand that they are not interested in giving the appointment at all and have been just making excuses without saying the truth. Very unprofessional and uncooperative.
