Dr Modi's Clinic - Hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Dr is OKAY. But the staff is like rowdy, mannerless, uneducated. Illiterates Literally uneducated. They don't have manners to speak to patient, the guy at pharmacy (it's more like pan shop, even panshops have proper setup) have scolded a patient when they are confused about medication & was enquiring him. He isn't a educated registered pharmacist, He seems to be school failed. He even dragged some medical rep guys so rudely, those poor guys are more educated & earn 3times more thn him anyways. Next is the tocken system is so bad. How come a DM endo doctor letting ths happen. Doctor is knowledgeable person but to run business u shud look again on ur staff. Thanks.

This clinic is visible in running traffic, they are professionals and provide various services for health check-up like diabetic, thyroid and CBP etc. They have very good system of handling and caring patients.

Very good doctor. Arranged for glucometer and insulin to be delivered at my residence.The receptionist at care hospital nampally noted my blood sugar results in a haphazard way without Following in sequence monthwise.I don't know if the dr could go through it.I was adviced to consult after taking insulin for 7 days.But on 7th day dr out of stationwhat to do.Rushed to another doc as there was no information as to when he will be available.

Dr. Modi needs to change his staff. They don't care for patients, no coordination within clinic. They misplaced one of the patient reports and asked for retest. Whole day was wasted for that patient. If you have lot of time then only vist this clinic. I changed my doctor due to ill management. Sorry dr. Modi but you should take care of your patients needs instead supporting your rude staff

Im seing this hospital from 4 years. Token system is very bad. If token system can be improved..it will be super. I request staff and Dr to have a look at token system and see how best they can improve it. Phone appointment can be taken with online payment and so on...can be improved with very minor changes . The staff and Dr can sit and come out with a good plan.

My mother was diabetic since twenty years Third time we want Dr. Modis clinic we wait more then two hours. And I informed Dr. Modis staff. my mother suffering with leg fracture she can't come in to clinic and that time was rain also she seating in auto I request several times they given me appointment after two and half hours time They dont have emergency treatment also Only need money And I asked the staff I will pay extra money they are not lessoning me They do not have time value s Patient values Only currency
