Don't even think of going here as staff is very rude and they don't even value their patients.. I will give zero out of five for this scanning lab.. Going here is just a waste of time and money.. Don't have other options that is why we have to go there.. Horrible experience with staff and doctor
worst place ever there is not system how to manage patients there is no first come first serve if anyone wants to vist here for any test then the whole day is definitely waste here we reached at 9:30 morning and they free us at5:30 just imagine how poor service
Wastage of time after 3.5 hour i recieved my ULTRASOUND REPORT. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
First of all level 2 scans is not expensive. But in my district (S.B.S Nagar) its rate is much higher compared to Dr Michael scanning center roper. Every type of facilities are available in this center for example sitting arrangements, filtered water, AC waiting room, kind-hearted staff etc. Only one thing which i noticed that bathroom was not as clean as i expected. Dr.Micheal is very cooperative and supportive regarding his patients. As we took appointment before a day so we did not wait for our turn. So this is my suggestion to everyone don't forget to book your appointment before a day. The big thing is i was allowed to go with wife in scanning room.

Literally amazed to get a single scan report in whole day . Too lazy staff . No value for your priorities, their staff will work as per their timeline . Asked multiple times but need to wait for whole day. Good things : Hospital is neat and clean .
No time management. Had to come twice to see the main doctor although I had called and taken an appointment. Huge delay in giving the report. The staff was polite just needs better management. Suggestions - 1. Improve lighting of the waiting area 2. Move the reports online
