Got a bad experience Today (15/1/2023). Morning I went to hospital for an emergency. I took OP ticket and waited for doctor for 45 min but no Doctor was there . while enquired and they told me Dr gone for bath. on that same time an old man came with stomach pain he was in really bad condition only nurse took his BP and made him laid on bed no one took treatment. after 10 min I reversed and cancelled the OP and left the hospital. Incase of nurses they are talking to loudly thier personal talk and not keeping a hospital atmosphere (like Kudumbasree chechies) If any of authority found this please take a look further scenario like this.

One of the worst hospital in olavakode... receptionist persons are not responsible and has no knowledge.. churukkam paranjal total waste... try to change your receptionist.. if you want to grow

Doctor is good, but for each time we have to pay fees for appointment even after one day!! Charges are too high, and not standardised...if you are considering the option of affordability, delete this option from your list.

Worst service, staff don't use their common sense. I had a very bad experience especially from pharmacy. Completely functions in an unorganized and unprofessional way. I never ever suggest..

Doctor to patient relation is good. But not recommending here for major diseases. ++ They wont treat if the patient is treated somewhere else earlier, Expectially not recommending for pregnant women.

Patient treatment is really good over here... 24hrs service is available.. OP doctors will be available at all time... Not recommended for special treatments...

I am Sija Farveen ,w/o Shajahan..I have best experience with this hospital..Thank you so much Dr.Nayanthara madam and Dr.Kamna madam for giving a wonderful recovery for me and so friendly approaching ..I am so happy..The nursing team and reception really appreciable...We felt just like our home..The hospital will become one of the best in kerala..Thanks all....
