I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to your hospital. My wife and I came to Mirzapur from a different state to visit someone, but unfortunately, my wife's health took a turn for the worse and we had no choice but to seek medical attention at your institution. However, I must admit that our experience was far from satisfactory. It is with regret that I cannot address Mrs. Meena as a doctor, as she lacks the qualities and professionalism one would expect from a medical professional. Her demeanor was rude and she seemed to take pride in her discourteous behavior, which left us deeply disheartened. While I understand that it is not my place to judge someone's character, the negative encounter we had with Mrs. Meena has tainted my impression of your hospital, Mirzapur as a city, and even the management of healthcare facilities in Uttar Pradesh. It is disheartening to witness such substandard hospital management. I urge the people of Uttar Pradesh to question and demand accountability from hospitals like yours if they wish to receive quality healthcare services. The reputation of your institution, city, and the overall healthcare system relies on the professionalism and compassion exhibited by its healthcare providers. I hope that this incident serves as a wake-up call for the healthcare industry in Uttar Pradesh, encouraging a much-needed improvement in standards and patient care.

WORST DOCTOR, ARROGANT LADY WITH NO BRAIN Meena Vishwakarma is actually running a school, and she is the Head principal of it. Here Patients are considered as students, patient are not allowed to smile and whisper and uses their phones , if they do so their appointment will be cancelled. Phone is not allowed inside clinic , if your phone rings you are immediately out of the room with no question. She talks to patients very rudely and misbehaves and patients are not allowed to ask any queries . She will shut the file and asks you to leave if you have any query. And if your child makes noise she ask the patient to leave. No value of Time: Pregnant ladies are sitting and waiting from early morning 8pm till late midnights 3 pm with their husbands who are not allowed to sit. If your token number is 4 The number will get stuck for more than 4-5 hours, because Doctor leaves from the clinic in between . Leaving pregnant ladies waiting for Doctor till late midnight. She has monitors(nurse) in her school(hospital). How keeps note of patients talking and using phone in the class and scolds them. She want their patient to behave like a COW (moooo-mooo). Poor village people comes here with hope and waits for whole day long in queue. DO NOT GO TO THIS ARROGANT LADY WITH NO BRAIN.

Worst experience overall this is a place only waste of time and money no proper management doctor is there but he also has no appointment time morning till evening but doctor is not able to meet his staff The behavior of the hospital is very dirty, there is no facility for emergency patients, then the license of such hospital should be cancelled. I have to say this to everyone that don't go here even by mistake.

She have good experience do batter than another

meena vishwakarma might have saved lot of lives. but the staff is getting worse day by day. long waiting hours become hectic. Two night shift nurses; one is widow I guess and other one is old aged are pathetic. disgusting remarks are their favorite thing. moreover they are very very greedy. I have little to no issue with the doctor as she is good doctor but as a human she is ill tempered. may be she is too burdened with patients. Dear Dr if you are reading this; u r a very good doctor; and u don't believe in minting money from patients; this makes u phenomenal one but I'll treating patients is a big red flag .

she is worst doctor, heartless person. the staff is so rude and bad. lack of knowledge force people to visit her hospital. she talks so badly to the patients. they have no limits how low they can go while talking to the patients. its my own personal experience that this lady don't deserve to be a doctor. kasai kahi ki.

Very poor management, mzp me private me koi option nhi h islye inki monopoly, i thnk that doctor herself don't know ki unke staff number lagane k lye patient se paise lete h. I got to know about a way in which within 1 hr u can meet doc, where normally patients have to wait for 2-3 days. I request ma'm doc to take strict action against her staff and make some better management.

Doctor is excellent, but all staffs are very greedy. Worst service .... Emergency mai dikane ko bologe to ..emergency ka paisa lekar ...dikwayenge ..4 se 5hours ke baad hi.. Very worst staff ..
