I accidentally seen you to show yoga 15daysago. Iam 80+ having 3time phenomia March 2019 now 85: cure I used steroids 40mg gradually come to 4 mg ihave acute constipation I take 2tab nityam . recently I have red dots on both hand's no scratches but looking very ugly if any yoga or medicine you suggest I will be obliged.
