Very bad behavior of staff, my child was Very sick from last 2 days i was there after no improvement by other doctor treatment, my child was in emergency condition but staff told me to wait for 5 hrs from 9 am to 2 pm. Although doctor is good but the receptionists are the non professional and the aunties who keeps on gossiping and doesn't bother about baby's condition ... if another doctor is available kindly go the same but not this doctor.. stupid staff .
Have you ever heard of a doctor, who's is considered one of the best in the city, declining treatment to a child who had an emergency with itching and rashes visible all over the body? The receptionist, true to the reviews was most apathetic lady with no empathy towards the patient. There are certain civilised way of explaining the situation to the patients or caretaker. For once i thought am at a local fish market where it's take it or leave it. Commercialization at its worst. We relocated from Bangalore and got a contrasting reception at the clinic. God bless the local populace. I clearly told the reception,if anything happens to my child because of refusal to treat my daughter, Dr Manish Jain and his receptionist to be blamed. My daughter is currently under observation, hope that she recovers well else the hell will break loose..
Dr Manish Jain is very well known for kids and a well practiced doctor you can rely on but you have to wait so long for your turn and some of the staff is bit rude rest is ok Consultant fee 700 + medical expenses

Doctor is good.but the behaviour of receptionists is very pathetic. Even they think the bigger doctor than Dr.Manish jain themselves. They dont know how to talk to parents properly. At last as per my opinion to Dr.Manish that do properly watch on receptionists and trained them otherwise they will all ruin your name gradually.
