Dr. Malay Sir and the staff were exceptionally professional and personal. Everything about the pre-opt and post-opt was detailed and happened "as expected". A pleasant surprise in today's world is to have the real-world results that match the expectations. The staff is genuinely engaged and concerned for my experience through the process. Dr. Malay Sir and his teams goes above and beyond to always be accessible to any questions or requests; even months after the procedure. My opt has been done before three months and 22 days. Edit: I'm going to attached one more image on 28 July 2023 ( Means 5 months and 10 days has been passed of my opt) See the results before and after. today after almost 10 months, I am writing my review in order to give the right and honest one! I visited Dr Malay from abroad and he was very helpful to give the complete idea of the transplant of hair. he did convinced me to do the operation because he was very logical which is a missing part in other clinics, all things were completely cleared and answered from his end. the how I look now is very good and seems natural comparing to others from many people I saw they did transplant also. my journey was so long to seek the best . the different thing you will find with him is the natural look and reasonable price he will give + consulting for long time after the service online . he and a nurse called Vishal were the only once are smiling and being great and helpful in dealing .. others are fine but not smiling at all or even trying to be gentle specially the girls at the cashier .
I am writing this after a year of experience. The doctor is very kind and wont give any false hopes. I had some skin issues and I have seen amazing results in just 2 months. The cost of the overall treatment is very reasonable and I have not experienced any side effects yet . Highly recommended.

Dr. Malay is definately the best i have ever come across, today exactly 2 years are done for thr procedure and the results are good too. It's a review bit late but yeah i guess a long term one. The reason i chose malay was simple he himself spoke to me thrice via call and VCs even before i met him in person and be calmly answered most stupidest of my quieres, that made me go through this via him and No1 else. I enquired so many clinics but mostly sme receptionist or technician would answer and give a vague costing and grafts etc. The procedure itself was smooth and peaceful the team of technicians assisting were also helpful. I remember malay citing some shyaris and his college memoirs during the procedure, it actually made very smooth. Kudos to the team. Only area were they can improve is post op follow up thats one and only suggestion. Thanks doc and team!! Cheers
