Worst worst hospital,waste of time and money. Worst experience, even with children also they are not considering. I never ever seen this kind of staff. They never follow patients appointment timings.Such a bad experience. They are not seeing what kind of songs are going on TV. If you are coming with kids don't allow them to watch TV.
I have never seen worst staff than this hospital anywhere in Tirupati, today's experience was Horrible & wait time was 2 hours 30 minutes almost. I was advised 1 hour to max 1 hour 30 minutes. If the slots are not available why do they give consultation and make wait us 2 hours 30 minutes. We have sent one of our family member to take appointment yesterday & was advised to visit at 2 pm today which we did, Even after that why 2 hours 30 m i dont understand. If money is staff aim all they are doing is take 500 make wait people which is unacceptable ( Staff Name : Ms. Gowri Priya ) I am not sure being NRI if they provide this kind of service after payment of 500 for consultation. I dont know what kind of service they are providing to local people. Even surgeries doesn't take 2 hours 30 minutes in somecases. When I asked the question why delay there is no proper response & even they said we have given slot yest by adjusting ( You are not giving me free slot pls note that you are charging money for the same. Honestly staff doens't understand how to manage or allow people by token system or no number system or no updates. I have approached staff 4 times in 2 hours almost, all they say is next is your case sir or we ll allow you pls have a seat. You just have to visit sit quite with no updates. If anyone who comes unexpectedly it could be medical rep or other people staff allowed them while the remaining members keep getting frustrated & whole others have to keep watching them, this is sad & unacceptable again. Note : The above remarks is based on my personal visit to this hospital 2 pm today and related to ONLY STAFF & it has nothing to with doctor since I didnt visit doctor this time. Hopefully doctor takes the feedback & improve incoming patient management by explaining better methods to staff.

Worst experience, I HV never ever seen this kind of staff. They never follow patients appointment timings they only need recommendation. If u plan to visit at least u need to waste 5hrs of ur waiting time. Such a bad experience. Recommended not to visit.
Excellent treatment & receiving by doctor. The way he talks & explains the situation with solution will cure 50% there itself. Only cons is... The waiting time. It almost took 3-4 hrs with token. The staff behaviour (no proper explanation for the doubts) They will issue tokens for entire week on Monday morning at 07:40AM If you want treatment on Monday or Tuesday then reach early at 6 AM to get tokens.
The treatment was good but the staff there aren't up to the mark,in other words worst.waited more than 4 hrs.other than that no proper response from the nurses and other members worst experience ever had in my whole life
Visit this doctor if you are ready to wait for atleast 3hrs... proper timeslot is not provided....It takes min of 3 to 4 hrs just to have an appointment of 5 minutes with the doctor.... he is just creating the hype
Very worst behaviour from front desk staff they are treating patients very badly. Dr madhav reddy sir i request you to please look into this. they are abusing the people who had come from villages.
