Once a time one of the best Gym in kaithal but at present trainers only focused on personal training trainers activities are like unmatured not professionals that is also a reason of decreasing strength but trainers are satisfied.if they are focused only on personal training may be they are on right way but for long term goal this situation needs to be some intention

Was a part of this gym for 7-8 months back in 2020/2021. It was my first gym experience. I had the most amazing trainers there. . So enthusiastic environment. The trainers would do their best to push my boundaries. The zumba class was so fun that i waited to be a part of it. Looking at other women in the gym would provide extra motivation to work out. Rajat sir had the best routine and diet set for each one in the gym. Left Kaithal at 2021 and joined 2 gyms thereafter but i consider this gyming experience the best of all.

For me this gym is best beacuse it gives me best environment for exercise also there are all machines available for all type of exercise at very valuable price of 700 ruppee without tredmill and 1000 ruppee with tredmill.
