I started having anxiety and episodes of panic after the death of my grandmother, first I didn't realise that I am having anxiety, the frequency of these anxiety episodes increased and with still doubts in mind I decided to visit a psychiatrist( FYI best decision). I consulted with Dr. Lokesh spoke to him explaining everything about my experiences he is very polite, takes time to fully listen and understand your issues and supports you. Within a week my anxiety issues came down and I started feeling a lot better but still advised to be on medication for 2 months It improved the quality of my day to day life a lot. I'm 26 years old, and because of my depression, stress, and anxiety, I was unable to enjoy life. My mental health is also very poor, and I find it difficult to focus on even the simplest tasks, which made my surroundings irritated and also caused internal symptoms like gastritis and skin reactions. Dr Lokesh Kumar is a very good psychiatrist, who spends enough time with the patient, listens carefully. asks questions to understand the patient's problem. I had suffered from anxiety disorder (Job Tensions, stress, fear about health) and sleep problems. I consulted Dr Lokesh for the same. He understood my problem and gave the best treatment.
