Poor service as most of time while checking reports you will get to know the lab number is invalid

Wrost service. Reporting time is too late.

Disappointed. We contacted Lal path lab customer care twice to confirm if they take ECHS refferals for cashless blood tests at this lab and both the times, the customer care confirmed that cashless facility for ECHS is available at this lab. After travelling for 2 hours just for the blood tests, the lab refused to do blood tests for ECHS refferals. Disappointed by the the information provided by the customer and how the staff at the lab mishandled the situation.

Very unprofessional staff.. the behaviour of staff members is pathetic..the worst thing is that sitting on reception they don't attend phone calls with the excuse that they have less staff and if they will attend calls then who will attend the customer.they don't deserve 1 star rating also..

A very good labs here you can come to here several tests they are very accurate and services are very good here it is in the mk ll complex

Very poor service and delaying in reports.

Very careless staff . Donor have punchuality in reports . They donor understand the value of time .once they collect the sample gives the report time at 2 o clock in evening when I visit they say that come at 3.30 then again I visit 4.o clock but same reasons he say that test is pending I have to consult doctor but reports was not given at time very poor service

Seems to be an unreliable Lab.. there are lots of variations in reports.. wastage of my money.. and they tried to convince and convince.. I think I don't wana go to them in future..
