Doctors are good but staff is so rude when it's comes to nursing staff

I have doing khtna of my son, mostly the khtna process doing by his uneducated compounder and his compounder tightly dresing on khtna, my son cry full day and night we thought that he cry bcoz khtna doing, but he cry much so we go to dr. And say my son cry after khtna, so he check and say who has doing dresing tightly ? Loudly say who nonsense doing dresing. So we say we came hear yesterday and your clinic staff , compounder doing this. So he keep quiet and prescribe painkillers. So I want to say that very careless dr. And his staff

It felt satisfactory initially but later came to know about their carelessness. I went there with my grandmother for her teeth removal. They injected the medicine in proper gum but removed the wrong one. Whatever was the reason, their hurryness or misunderstanding but purpose was not fulfilled and it inflicted a lot of pain to my grandma.
