Doctor Kunal is extremely informative & attentive . His diagnosis are on point . He patiently listens to all the questions & doubts , ensures to answer each one of them with a smile.
However the staff is unprofessional and the hospital environment is laid back . Even after booking an appointment and being on time you are asked to wait as the receptionist Ms Sushma forgets to check her system to follow the code of conduct and sends the other patient first . Even after calling out the issue she has no sense of regret instead she believes ignoring as part of her services .
I have tried reaching this doctor and hospital thrice, but was a complete failure.. The doctor has registered himself on several websites for appointments and when booked on those, he does not show up at the hospital.
The hospital authorities says it's a third party website and we don't have a confirmation from them, whereas I have received the confirmation mail and message..
Why even list your appointment booking service online when nobody has a clue what appointments will get honoured?
On that, Apollo hospitals has listed a number online, which is continuously busy and they say that's a call centre number, we don't operate that. Why can't you have a patient-friendly environment to reach you.. the patient in pain has to bear all this and at last does not even get to see the doctor.
The hospital and doctor has no clue on what are they upto, just want to get famous by listing on multiple platforms!!
Would definitely pass on the msg to not visit this hospital/doctor.
Dr. Kunal is an excellent doctor; very calm and reassuring. I had an accident and injured my left knee. It was in a bad shape, and completely swollen. Post MRI, it was found the I had a torn ACL and few more damaged muscles along with tiny meniscus also. Dr. Kunal suggested me 3 weeks of complete rest so that swelling reduces and some lotion is achieved in the knee instead of rushing in to a surgery. Post 3 weeks he operated on me and mobilized me the next day by giving a lot of confidence. With his follow up plan and physiotherapy..I was able to walk in 2 weeks even though being overweight...he was constantly in touch with me over phone and guided me. It's been 3 months post surgery, and I am nearly there, being normal. He had set my expectations very clear so that I do not overdo or be scared of pushing myself. His post-OP protocol was a constant guide and chart to check my progress. I am really happy I went to him..

Have booked an appointment for this doctor twice but the appointment was not honoured both times.
First time we went to the hospital and came back because the doctor didn't show up as per the booked appointment. Second time today the hospital called us at the last minute, when we had already started from home, to inform that the doctor will not be able to come and take the booked appointment.
Why even list your appointment booking service online when nobody has a clue what appointments will get honoured? Please at least mention a clear number to call on where "real appointments" can be booked. The hospital number also is not reachable since morning!
Dr. Kunal was very quick in the diagnosis and started the correct treatment immediately. His patience and support throughout the treatment is highly appreciated. He explained the procedure and answered questions at each step of the treatment which gave me a lot of confidence.
I would highly recommend him.
