I will recommend this hospital due to the best experience I had during my delivery. Dr. Sangeetha mam is exceptional and her words always put one at ease. She is very polite and will explain your each and every doubt even if it is very silly. Her words and motivation helped me to be calm during my entire pregnancy even though there were a few complications and helped me deliver my baby via normal delivery. The nurse and other staff here are very friendly and polite. They will also motivate you well and take good care. You do not need to wait for a long time. They ll recommend you a time when you can consult the doctor without having to wait for a long time. The new hospital is good with more facilities. They even have a small fish tank area near the pediatric ward.

Staff's are very polite. after discharge they helped very much for Insurance process. @krishna raj(Insurance) I am blessed with Twins(Boy and Girl). Dr. Sangeetha is very much talented and very humble person, she was handled very critical situation in a smooth manner. we had so much care from this hospital for our 32 weeks pre term babies. Management also very good. Staff's are so responsible and very kind persons. they are not only doing their duty, they are giving services from their heart like our family members. especially ward staff's are so experienced. thank you all for your support and care.

It's really a heart felt experience in Dr. Kumarasamy Hospital for my wife pregnancy delivery. I'm not from erode. And i had so much confusion on selecting a hospital for my wife. But i really blessed with choice of this Dr. Kumarasamy Hospital and Dr. Sangeetha mam treatments and concerns and taking over of my wife during her checkup and pregnancy times. About Dr.Sangeetha mam - I really thankful to her for delivering my new born and taking care of my wife while pregnancy. I had so many questions and doubts while check up times and also regards pregnancy treatments, mam answered each and every question without any issues & hesitation and also properly explained with details about the treatments. Even I see her working around the clock for patients needs with love and care. Her team of assistant sister like Latha sister and others ( i forgot the name ) are all good and interactive. You may get sometime irritated becoz of the rush. You will sent to Dr for consultation little late. So always provide the file and put token. About Dr. Sudha mam - ( pediatrician) I really thankful to her for taking care of my baby. She came twice a day to check the baby and provided all details on how to take care of the baby and follow medicines and she also answered all the questions and doubts i asked. About Hospital & Management - My wife initial treatment started in old building and now they have constructed new building with more facilities and work power, labs , Pharma and canteen. It might be rush sometime to see Dr while check-ups, but the wait is real worth for the treatment they provide. Reception team will be always guidable to ur doubts and concerns. Any doubts regards the facility and room tarrif you can reach out sampath bro, sometime he may busy, but you will sure shot get ur response soon. They have quite 5 variety of rooms. And also have photo shoot option for ur baby. And also their idea on sticking blue and pink balloon on the room door is nice idea . And a very special thanks to all doctors inside the op room ( i think one Dr name is Meena). And anaesthesia Dr Natarajan. About Seetha sister - ( nurse) very very special thanks to seetha sister. She is very wonderful, and very good in handling the kid. She seems to be rough, but she the rite person for training ur wife on handling the new born. I would suggest directly ask seetha sister for taking care of ur wife and kid. Then Tamil sister ,she is good and did her best but sometimes slow in response. She should be more responsive to the needs we ask. And all other employees did their best. It's a new building so you might see some glitches here and there, but it's all been rectified immediately when we inform them. Like hot water issues, bed cover changes for attenders. House keeping people comes 3 times a day to clean the room. And they are also good. I don't know wat all other things i forget to mention. But it's the best hospital For pregnancy. I feel we are blessed to choose Dr. Kumarasamy Hospital and Dr. Sangeetha mam for treatment.
