I would recommend calling the reception after 12 PM as they are available only after 12pm. The doctor is available from 1pm till 6pm. Also, the doctor takes time for each patient and explains everything that is necessary. Waiting time could be a bit longer. The clinic is near bombay naka.
He is a humble and Gentleman Doctor. I liked his decent way of probing and diagnosing the patient's ailments and then further suggesting the remedies. I got this experience from my Mom's treatment, where he performed successfull spine surgery and post medications.
