Dr Sunil gupta is very arrogant.. He might be very good and knowledgeable doctor but he is serious behaviour issues. He has no patience to hear the patients. He get irritated when patient speak about their problem. We left the treatment in between because if his behaviour.
Doctor kshitij was very polite. He listened to my problem patiently and explained about the disease in detail. Very satisfied with experience here.
The appointment booking system is hopeless. The staff cares about even seconds of time wastage of Doctors, but for them patients are most useless people in world and should waste minimum 2-3 hours.
The senior most doctor charge 1000 Rs., and though he is good, but entire customer experience is not satisfactory, and most people end up being frustrated.
It's high time this clinic should change for good, and the Doctors should start respecting people's time, in the same way they want their time to be respected.

All wasted(money and time).Not even old pimples are becoming blue but new ones are also started mushrooming on my face. What's the point consulting such a reputed doctor if your problem is still persistent?Also,Not properly answering the doubts of patient and talk rudely with other person who came with the patient if he ask something about the problem. From my experience ,I Highly recommend not to visit him. Trust experienced pateints who visited him with hopes (like me and many others)and end up being disappointed.
The experience was very disappointed, In this clinic only Money matters to them, waste of time approx 3-4 hours. The behaviour of the doctor was very rude towards the patient .
Dr. Sunil Gupta seems to be uninterested in the patients problem.
He rather shared the name of the problem and asked me to read about the issue.
I mean, if that's how you are treating your patients. I don't see you as a decent doctor.
