I had a wonderful experience at Kodkany's Eye Centre. The hospital is impeccably clean and well-organized, and the staff is highly professional. The spacious facility creates a comfortable environment for patients. I highly recommend Kodkany's Eye Centre! Should have canteen facility as it takes much longer than usual.

I underwent cataract surgery in both eyes. Recovery was very quick with no problems Post operative checks were prompt and excellent. Overall experience was excellent. Documents provided for insurance claim were faultless. Staff are well trained and courteous

Doctors and their Staff are patient friendly & very soft spoken,caring, all are knowledgeable. They explained regarding surgery very well in advance. I recently underwent cataract surgery at Dr. Kodkany's Eye Centre, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. While I had the option of being treated at Raipur AIIMS, where my son-in-law is a brigadier, my choice to go to Dr. Kodkany's was undoubtedly the right one. The hospital's cleanliness was immediately noticeable; it was immaculate, reflecting their commitment to excellence. But what truly set this experience apart was the skill and efficiency of Dr. Shilpa Kodkany. The surgery was performed swiftly and with such expertise that it left me deeply impressed. From the first consultation to the post-surgery care, every staff member, including the doctors Dr Anand, Dr Sanjay and Dr Reshma, optometrists, office staff, technicians, and Group D staff- Mrs Sushila, showed remarkable professionalism and kindness. They made sure I was comfortable and well-informed at every step. I am extremely satisfied with the results of the surgery and the overall quality of care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Shilpa Kodkany and her team at Dr. Kodkany's Eye Centre for anyone in need of eye care and surgery. Good hospital, clean,well equiped,good staff n doctors. Good laboratory for all required investigations. Happy with services of pre n post operation of cataract. I visited for my cataract operation n I am very happy with the services of TPA section of the hospital in getting all my claims settled without any problem in a very short period.

Hospital is very good.. insurance desk is very supportive.. all staffs are super, starting from reception to specialist doctors, optimetrists, ot workers, Christina madam helped me to get approval faster.. thank you

Time punctuality is not maintained. We had to wait for 2 hours and 15 minutes just to meet the doctor for 5 minutes as a follow-up. The doctor should reach the hospital on time. If they have OT on a day, appointments for the doctor should be given late or at least the patient should be informed of any possible delay. On Monday, the reception gave us an appointment for 12 pm over the phone. We reached there & kept the rickshaw waiting. The doctor came to the cabin at 2.15 pm! This is not professionalism. My mother who is a diabetic hadn't carried her medication or anything to eat as we had no idea of such a long delay. Follow-up visit charge has been hiked to a whooping Rs500 !! That is enormous & unfair! Consultation charges are between 300 & 400 elsewhere. 500 is bad. It was our second experience regarding time irregularity.
