One of the worst experience ever I made about taking the appointed . If doctor want to see some positive review on Google then do some necessary changes in current staff. Worst and shame staff he is having.

The staff of the clinic is not at all supportive. They don't even care if you are in pain. I tried two days to get my appointment done over a call but nobody replied and the timing of the phone cll for appointment is so odd . And they not allow on the spot appointment it is not fare for patients. They didn't pic call as easy. Last time my father came for on the spot appointment for my treatment. They rudely told we didn't take appointment in physical way please call us and then we accept your appointment. It is so unfair for all patients Please look for this issue if you want some good wishes and feedback for the hospital.

Staff is really rude. I took appointment one day before.and I still they kept me waiting for 2-3 hours. And staff said please wait 1/2 hr hr .... So why we took appointment before 1 day...... The staff lie a lot. They should tell you in advance how long it will take Say half an hour and wait two to three hours Misleading the patient Sir Please look in to this very seriously.. I have heard a lot about you But unfortunately, despite taking the appointment, the appointment was not met

Staff is very very rude .. I was trying to make appointment for my mom. First for to make an appointment you have to call between 11am to 2pm. Most of the time the no. Is busy . There is no other no. To make contact. After wasting our time on calls for so long ( more than hour) they told us that appointments for today and tomorrow are full and it is totally justifiable but for to make appointment next to next day we have to call again is the stupidest thing I even heard . We are also busy ,we are already wasting our work time . Plus this thing happened more than twice we tried to talk it out with staff but they very rudely rejected telling all the Satara District ppl comes to their clinic ... Seems the Dr. Jagatap Sir is too busy to look after his rude staff..Because of worst staff experience I am already shifting to another Dr. I really don't know about the treatment and Dr. Jagatap's consultancy . Thanks to their rude staff we have already wasted our enough time .

Single only for current staff, i feel staff needs only relaxed work. Sir is very nice and Treatment result is very good. Some COVID guidelines not follow currently.

Patient number system very bad ,for complete hospital daily patient target manegment gather all patient not perfect timing if any one want visit her hole day west

Within 3 months my face was back to original. Fees an medicines very afordable. Soon gona visti for my hair fall i wish if he had clinic in mumbai.
