Worst experience. Dr recommended all market sunscreen lotion. His assistant put local cream on face and wipe with tissue.for this he charged me 4k. Very hopeless person.fake doctor and his assistant.
Dr was in great hurry, did not even care to listen, was very quick to suggest the medicine. Spent less than 2-3 minutes talking ! I asked him how to contact him again in case of a quick question and his response was, 'we don't offer that service' ! I am in the US and I stayed up till 2 AM to speak with the doctor and I had great expectation, but was very disappointed with the careless attitude that came through the conversation from the doctor. I would not recommend him ! No compassion at all... the least one can expect from a doctor !
The Dr charges very high fees. Least interested to know what kind of problem you are facing. The staff is very very rude.They will use bad words over phone.No standard at all. No humanity. No knowledge about how to behave with patients. They behave like they are doing favor on us. If you want to consult from this Doctor its your wish. Just a suggestion FIRST Enquire how much cost is required for suggested treatment and then decide.
Doctor is good and knowledge. However the booking staff is horrible. No proper records of bookings and no confirmation is given. Even after calling and taking appointment, we are told that it is not confirmed. Tone is very rude straight away telling that doctor is not at all available. This is surely not a way to treate patients. Kindly improve on the methods of giving appointments to avoid mental harrasment of patients
Receptionist is very rude, she does not know how to talk to the customer and highly Unprofessional staff.
Hands down the best Dermat in town. You need to wait in line to meet him because he is that good of a doctor. His depth of knowledge is so vast that he needs to just see you for a few seconds to know your exact problem.. my family knows him for the past 10 years as he is an exceptional doctor in his field as well as others..
I think we have to call 1000 times for it being received once.
