Since this hospital was very close to where I stay whenever need arose members of my extended family have been admitted for treatment here. The rooms, staff and especially the treating Doctors here have been very efficient

It is the worst hospital. I have to take some medicine for few days through injections. So i thaught that wockhardt is a good hospital. But it is not. The prescription by doctor was 500 mg but the guy there misunderstood it as 250 mg and gave me 1000 mg. I asked him and he said that its 250 mg. when i returned home and checked that it was 500 mg only. when i reported them they just called some doctor and resolved the issue. If anyone want to get any kind of treatment then please dont come to this hospital.

In continuation of a course of injections prescribed by a Doctor in Chembur, I went to Sterling hospital to get an injection (Fragmin)administered. I was directed to the Casualty whereby the injection was administered. After this, I was told to make payment at the Reception where I was informed to pay a sum of Rs.200 towards Registration and the charge of administering the injection. I was aghast that I was charged Rs.150 for administering the injection. Since I reside nearby to the hospital I visited them to get the injection administered. My opinion is that before all this process, the person at the Reception should have informed me or enquired if I was registered and if not the charge would be Rs.200. If I had been informed this earlier I would not have gone ahead with the process. I later found out that other doctors charge Rs.50 for administering an injection. This is incorrect action on the part of the hospital staff for not making the first time patient aware of the charge and that too a Sr. citizen.

NEVER EVER!! My grandfather was admitted there, who has his healthcare covered from government insurance (he was a government employee). They tried to leech money by giving him blood which he did not need at all. They did not give us a discharge and were very unprofessional. Money was the only thing they talked about. Thankfully one of my childhood friends is a doctor who arrived on the spot and saved the day for us. If you do not have any doctor connections and are not medically educated, DO NOT EVER go here. They can make "mistakes" in billing or order services which are not required. And god fobid if one of those service they order ends up fatally hurting the patient. Like in our case when they were trying to give my grandfather blood. In the end no blood was given to him after we shifted to another hospital and he is back healthy now.

Went for a Rabies injection. It was available here at Wockhardt. I went to MGM hospital before as it was neraby, but injection was not available there. The injecting charge was a little high though. Everywhere else it can be taken in 20 or 50 bucks. Here, I was charged 100 bucks. But anyway, you will find the medicines in stock here anytime.

1) Pharmacy not well-equipped. Medicines need to be bought from stores outside 2) Pharmacy closes by 10pm 3) No fixed timings or intimation for doctor's visit 4) Nursing staff is prompt and courteous 5) Doctors are good Overall the experience doesn't justify the hight cost of treatment

Their way of handling patients is an excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery.

Sorry, it is unhygienic, exorbitant fee - will never visit again. It is a deserted hospital. Air conditioner doesn't work, even a fit person accompanying sick relative or friend can fall sick. Stay away from this hospital.
