Surprisingly after advance payment and all formalities done. Treatment declined, advance refunded, schedule canceled. Reason not able to understand- was in surgery thus did not call u, not give u receipt, could not let u know on your reports, next morning schedule pending reconfirmation. Of course Doctor job is respected but the entire hospital team as well could not follow up.......reconfirm, call, coordinate. Not acceptable.

I took hair treatment from here. The doctors are really good and decent. Their medicines really helped to gain hairs back. But here is the twist. I was suppose to have 4 months medication. For the first 2 months they followed up after every month. Post that i have to call them 5-6 times to get my medication and checkup done. And in the 4th month, already 2 months passed by but there was no follow up from their end. So just these 1 star are for the medicine and not for the follow up & service post checkup. And as my dose is not complete, i am getting more hairfall than the usual. Thanks to Aggarwal clinic for that as well. :|
