Consulted a general physician (Dr.Pranav) for fever, he listened to the patient carefully and prescribed medications. Wait time is less than the main hospital. Hospital is very neat and clean.

This branch hospital is well-being for people in Medavakkam locality. The rooms are very clean and really one of a kind hygienic. Also, I want to express my sincere gratitude towards the staff nurses and utility workers there because I am seeing them guiding us in great manners and assistance despite their workload. Always they will keep us informed in further actions to do. I have never seen them with displeasure. The front desk staff is attentive and dedicated in admission, appointments and payments. I'm so happy with doctors who are more responsible, friendly and concerned in every single information about medication shared for better treatment. All visits and experiences are good because some doctors demeaner has really put me at ease. One time the doctor exaggerated about the problem and prescribed many tests for diagnosis even for a simple motion issue that too for teenager. It would be good if they go step by step for small issues to save our valuable hard-earned money and to get customer's constructive feedback. Wish you great path ahead for them.

Took master health check up package - Female consolidated for me and diabetic package for my mother in law. Had a nice experience with the clinic. Got good care and guidance from the staffs Proper review from experienced doctors No long hours of waiting Also Clinic is maintained very neatly

Great Hospitality from Dr Anu Suganya (Dentist). She took such good care of my mother during the entire process of tooth replacement. Bringing in some expert also for help when needed. Personal care and follow up was too good. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for a great dentist

We recently visited this hospital for Master health checkup and frequent consultation from thereon. We are really happy with the service and the staff in the hostel. Special mention to Dr. Nithyakalyani, she is been really supportive and informative throughout the treatment. Also special mention to staff Anu Priya, really kind, friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Diabetic tests are done upto 30/11/23 for Rs.599/at a concessional rate by giving big advertisement, pamphlets distribution etc.Consultation not done by a diabetrologist , it's being done by a family medicine doctor.For further consultation regarding urinary problems I have been advised to consult an urologist ,who is not available here.As it's proclaimed as a multi-speciality hospital, this consultation must be done under one roof ,atleast during proclaimed special camp days.The management may take this as an observation and not intended as a criticism .

The free medical camp in Casa Grand Riviera in Medavakkam by your Hospital's team was quite impressive. They were very patient and professionally well oriented. Great help indeed especially for senior citizens. Best wishes to KMSC.

Terrific experience we visited at 11 am and got first number since dr was not there we kept waiting... even after dr came they kept us on waiting after 4 5 patients we asked we have first number but nurse told all are emergency patients...we can understand for emergency patients but for even who has simple reports to show that people also allowed before us and we were waiting like fool for 1 and half hours...whenever we go for asking they you are in number 4 from last half hour I'm on number 4 even many patients going and coming back....may be they just don't care about outside tamilnadu patients...this is last time i will be visiting this hospital. This experience we had last time as well but thought many be something happen but now it is clear that since we are not from tamilnadu they are treating like this...never expected this behaviour
