Room number 7240... The hospitality is very good as compared to hospital I have been to this long... Felt like home. PRO , Janani made sure everything was well n good and taken care very well. Right from nurse doctor housekeeping, other staffs everyone were very polite and good... Felt like home... Thank you everyone whoever took care of me very well

Room no.7119 I was admitted in ER , Doctors were so polite and services was very good All nurses took so much care and they were so kind, they helped me without any hesitation. X-ray process was very excellent. PRO Janani made daily visits to my room and cares me so well and she even sorted out the problems I had. Housekeeping staff was very good and kind. A very good hospital and they taking care of patient very well

1. Delayed Room Allocation: Experienced significant delays in getting a room. Had to wait nearly 2 hours just get room in general ward. 2. Senior Nurse Neglect: Senior nurse lacked care. Compassion and attentiveness were missing. Bad attitude displayed when requesting for treatments and clarifications. The ward was not crowded and very less patients were there. . Can't provide the nurse name to protect her privacy. 3. Ignored Doctor's Orders: Some nurses didn't follow doctor's instructions. Communication and adherence need attention. Dr was not provided necessary equipment in spite of asking repeatedly 4. Stale Patient Food: Stale food was served to patient. This is completely in-acceptable and really shows the care they take 5. Pricey Canteen Food: Canteen food prices were unreasonably high. Affordable options needed. In summary, my hospital admission was marred by room delays, lack of care, ignored doctor's orders, stale patient food, and pricey canteen options. Pretty much every aspect of the hospital was bad and it reflects the state of the management.

Visited the emergency for a two wheeler accident, the Dr and staff were kind and attentive, don't let the size of the hospital scare you,they are not money minded,I say this because of my own experience having been treated in this hospital.Fully equiped hospital with MRI,CT scan available in house. Valet parking options available.

All the staffs were courteous, helpful and very attentive. All Doctors were supportive, patience and cleared out queries regarding our treatment. Feedback were given to PRO's and action was taken immediately and the issues were all sorted out in a proper way. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone for a good and excellent treatment.

My father admitted for burning wounds really appreciate Dr. Samuel handled very good and given Kind answer and hope same way his assistant Mr. Shakthi also hospital maintaining is well and neat staff nurses caring is also good especially Ms. Priya sister. pro's also daily check about our concerns.

Very worst service nursing awaiting more than 5 hours in Ortho - Doctor Deepak Kumar ,it's happened in 2 times . My appiontment at 11.30 am but awaiting 4 hours very worst upto 5 pm.still consultancy not completed after X-Ray .

All the positive reviews must be the paid reviews for sure! Ask the in patients for the real feedback. Absolute blood suckers and completely money minded. Finding all ways to suck the money, their Pharmacy is the robbery machine as they prescribe all the costliest medicine available in the store. But the same medicine you can get it for 1/10 this outside. Any ICU patient the target is to melt 50k min per day. If you enter as a crorepathy, you will become a beggar while leaving the hospital. Pls don't ever think of coming to this hospital.
