Homely environment with all around cleanliness & calmness. The quality of services provided by both Doctors & Staff Nurses are quite good & satisfactory.

This is very good hospital. Specially in pregnancy.
The place is quite scenic and the environment is great. The doctors are great here. But the bedsheet, pillows provided in the private cabin are not clean. I saw blood stains their. The nurses are not very friendly and they get irritated it a patient calls them 2-3 times. Some even ask for money directly, if patient or his/her family wills they will give only, why they keep asking I don't understand, I mean daily babies take birth and they do this daily as if it has became their routine part of the job.
Dr SC Kumar is very good, but nurse are not good, every time they keep asking money. Management should take necessary action ASAP
3 stars for other good doctors..but a lady doctor name 'Arunima bhattacharya goswami' child specialist. very bad behaviour..so rude to us.she thinks bengali people are superstetious and unable to care for their child.she is very rude.i never saw such type of doctor..terrible experience.
