Really good doctor with lot of patience. I took father in law for ear infection (2nd opinion) and he cleared it with very reasonable consultation fee and simple medicines. I highly recommend this doctor. On the other hand I had very bad experience with Dr. Gautham Kulamarva who had operated my FIL to clear the ear infection, when not cured he even suggested to go for some imported medicine (medicine under trial) which will cost us lakhs. Thanks to Dr. Puranik for understanding the things better than other doctors of same or higher qualifications.
Best doctor with lot of patience to hear his patient's problems and diagnose it properly
He is one among the best doctor... I had taken my grandmother who was c/o yellow discharge from her ears. As a age matters, it's risky to undergo surgery. She was suffering frm long time. I had taken near him. He was so good and explained us clearly. Now she is on daily drops , but ever since we consulted she is totally fine now... It's been 3 years now, she had no complaints of any discharge or foul smell.
I had visited Dr Puranik a month ago for wax clearing. Post visit I had heavy ear pain and infection. When i visited him again, upon checking he says theres wax in the ear. So i ask him wasnt it cleared 2 days back, to which he replies "oh yes, this must be infection then". Totally unprofessional and i had to visit another doctor because the pain and infection stayed with me for a month. Reply for your comment: I did not comment because its not my job to. i shared my experience because no one else should go through it. So please dont tell its not not a true opinion
Excellent ENT specialist with lot of patience. He hears the complete problem, mentions the reason for infection and suggests medication to eliminate the root cause of the problem. I am glad we found this doctor to treat my dads ear infection with success. Previously, we had consulted many other reputed specialists, but they could not heal his infection completely. Now with Dr. KR Puranik's medication and regular follow ups for consultation, he is completely healed. We absolutely recommend Dr. KR Puranik to anyone having ENT problems.

I have taken my mother in law for consultation, he is real a genuine doctor. The way he treats a patient is excellent. So calm, having so much patience is really great thing about a doctor. Who spends more than an hour with patient to know their issue and explain them the cause of it.
Dr Puranik's bedside Manners is one of the best I have seen so far. He has all the time in the world for his patients. I have just been to him and not started taking the medications yet but his explanation has made me feel so much better than before. Not very expensive consultation either. Very much recommended.
