What a pathetic management and service, doctor might be good, but staff, oh god!!! I can't explain, firstly they don't inform that the doctor isn't available to have an in-person, and now when somebody requests for online payment then ask to pay cash, and then when you try to ask them why, they simply say attitude mat dikhao, dikana hai toh dikhao Varna niklo'. I mean, if the doctor is online then why not the payment, and these people are highly dramatic and arrogant. Can't deal, Dr. Gurnani sir, there should be some actions on these activities. What mindless people.

He does not listen at all , will give you only 2-3 minutes and keeps no records of patients. Every time he will ask if you have come first time even though you have gone many times there, he will not recognise you..bad experience. Worst experience ever I have feel. Staff os very disrespectful. She don't know even doctor timing. Dr is not punctual. Staff told that Dr will come at 1pm but he came at 2.30 pm.
