Dr. Jyoti and Radhika both are super polite, well spoken , understand, analyse and then make u understand everything A to Z. No sugarcoated statements just simple plain facts as is. That's what gained my trust .I don't know why the doctor is getting low ratings.I know many have complaints with the pharmacy guys but come on that has nothing to do with doctor.

Dr Jyoti Sharma and Dr Radhika Raturi are excellent doctors treatment is so good my wife is facing various gynae problem after visiting Dr Jyoti Sharma and Dr Radhika Raturi she is feeling much much better the way both doctors treated us is so good and the inside pharmacy is so good they also treated so nicely must visit their if you are facing infertility case I'll recommend GR Hospital for your incomplete family to be complete.

My wife had some issue dr unnecessary prescribed expensive multi vitamin and pregnancy prevention pills but good thing was dr diagnosed the issue.

Worst Experience ever, totally unprofessional behavior, the reception staff is very very rude. I already had book an appointment and after that also i had to wait more than 3 hours. And after 3 hours the staff told me that , someone guest is arrived. She is busy now. I felt so disappointed , they guys don't value people precious time. They totally disrespectful our time. Even after taking an appointment, i had to walk out without meet with doctor getting seen. Very unprofessional behavior of staff towards patients. Reception staff is very rude, most of the time they are busy on gossip. Terrible Experience! I will never recommend to anyone to go their. Please save your time and money.

Me and my wife had a great experience with Jyoti and Radhika mam and all other staff was very supportive (5 Star for all of them). BUT the chemist which is recently opened inside hospital 'GR chemist' the owner does not know how to talk to customers and female staff. Issue: There was some confusion in the medicen bill and to clarify the same i asked him 2-3 questions and after realising that he made a mistake, instead of apology he started using harsh tone with me and other female staff. Note for other customers: If you want to buy medicens from this chemist then make sure you first compare the price from other outside chemists. He is going to bill your medicen on the MRP price and charge you GST and CGST again even when taxes are already included in the medicen. He charged me 10k for my medicen and when i compared with other chemist the bill was actually 4830Rs. You can go to fairdeal chemist which is at the back side of the hospital (walking distance) *No sponsorship* Later, I wanted to give his feedback to Jyoti mam but got to know that he is a Son of Jyoti mam only so that will not make much difference. That's why I prefer posting this here. He is doing nothing but ruining the hospital brand. One advise for GR chemist: Learn some manners and respect your female staff and other customers.

My wife consulted Dr. Jyoti Sharma and she gave her tests and medications costing Rs. 20,282 the very first day. My wife had 1 dose of the prescribed medicine and vomited it under an hour.

Dr. Radhika is very professional and kind towards patients and their family as well.

After going through lots of negative reviews mostly about rude behaviour of the nurse and doctor, no time management at all, which I do agree, but still rated 5 star? Why ? She is one of the best gynecologist for high risk pregnancy. Do have a second opinion always for any high risk medical management. I have consulted Dr. Jyoti for second opinion for my wife around 14 years ago and I am happy that I have done that.
