One of the oldest maternity hospital in Cochin.. Facilities are also very old..Need to improve with latest instruments and technology..

Worst experience. Not considered about giving correct information. Not showing any sort of respect to the client. They may be working for 42yrs... But don't know , how to behave..... Especially through phone, we don't get any information..., only if we go there.... May be the hospital is famous in gynecology department....but the people who did this, might spoiling the good name of the hospital toooo...

I visited Dr. Annie Joy for my first delivery on 2015. The doctor and staff are very nice. But the facilities like lab pharmacy canteen was average. But the support nurses and doctor give during delivery is unforgettable. I request the management please increase the facilities I am sure more people need your service. Because of lack of available facilities which force us to go for other options. I am very sad to switch to another hospital.

My children are born in joys hospital The nursing staff are very comparative are service minded .The doctors team include very senior gynecologist , Anaesthetist, physician and pediatrician and other on-call doctors . Surgical theatre ,labur room are well equipped. I was present with my wife during labour and child birth which was pleasant and unforgettable experience in my lifeI.I thank the doctors and nurses for their services. 24999/

In difficult times like these, hospitals are the institutions that ought to maintain medical ethics and provide quality care to patients without emotionally abusing patients. Dr. Joys hospital on the contrary has no such ethics or morality and the greed for money that drives this institution. My friends wife was admitted to this hospital and the managing partner & anesthesiologist who is also the husband of Dr. Annie Joy abused (verbally) my friends wife after the delivery for the delay in payment, while my friend was already making arrangements for it. If this so called doctor, had an iota of humanity and sensibility towards human souls, he would never have abused her verbally in this critical situation. I would also like to emphasis that Dr. Annie Joy always acted professionally with utmost care towards her during this period. Seriously, Dr. Joys Hospital should be renamed to Dr. Joy's Hospital For Money and Greed.

My wife got admitted due to some breathing problem on her late 8th month of pregnancy period on 14 th Feb 2017 2:15 am. We got a room. Doctors and nurses provided very good service.But today(16 th Feb) I informed the duty nurse that our room was not cleaned since got admitted, she informed the cleaning staff. Then came the bad experience, she came inside our room without knocking and started abusing my wife. She asked my wife to appoint staff from our home to make the room clean and also used some bad words. And also tried to attack my wife with the broom. I went to complaint to the concern department. She also abused me and said that she can't clean the room. Later the management changed our room. She said we should say sorry to her if we want her to clean our room. Horrible experience faced from a hospital. But I'm repeating the doctors and nurses are very good professionals.

Very bad hospital. Not clean at all. I worked there one week. Nurses are doing the job of sweepers , receptionist, attender cook etc. No staff for washing the bed sheets. Washing also done by nurses. Really they treating the nurses as slaves. CCTV placed everywhere including the post operative icu. That is a gyneac hospital. Think how dare they are to place CCTV in a gyneac post op icu. They are dangerously violating the patient's privacy. Very bad hospital I have ever worked. And Dr Joy.... Shame on you....
