Overall a good hospital. They took risks which other hospitals didn't and they saved my father's life. Also they have most of the facilities available. Doctors and nurses were good and kind. My only concern is for patients who were admitted under medical insurance, the hospital can plan the procedure to be parallel with the rules of the insurance companies if possible. And the most important thing I wanted to say is their accounts office. One of their staff named jesmitha, was very supportive and helpful while I was doing my insurance claim procedure. Kudos to that staff

My pregnancy and delivery experience has been awesome. I believe that these 8 months are very precious. So it is very helpful at this time to have good support, especially on the healthcare front especially from the doctors. Certainly, my little one was very sick due to preterm baby which leads to aspiration and ventilated for 3 days, after 3 days he got Nemothrox so the oxygen level went down suddenly the staff from NICU and Dr. Ramesh suddenly take the needful treatment for my baby. Thankyou for the team.. Now he is very healthy and normal. I had really good feedback for the facility as well as the doctor (Maya, Ramesh and Mohan) our experiene was amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. When we met Dr Maya we were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in the right hands. These 8 months are definitely not easy and it has almost been a roller coaster with so many ups and downs and mostly downs. We used to panic and would get depressed at times and that is when the immense support from the doctor and her team made us feel most comfortable. So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time. "My experience has been awesome. My baby admitted in NICU for more than 6days all the doctors and nurses are so kind and polite they take care of my baby like their own baby. when I ask the people they are told don't go to the hospital it's expensive but it's worth for the money the care was extremely good. In Nagercoil many hospitals are there but all the kind of facilities available here .
