Had a horrific experience during sonography. Staff was telling me and my husband with one more couple to go inside the sonography room, though I stopped others as soon I saw the situation inside. She was saying "jao jaldi andar jao warna maam uth jayengi",, and here Dr. Started staring and shouting at me how can I enter the sonography room, she even said the other patient might start fighting with you and she even started fighting, without even letting me clear the situation that I infact saved her from a exposure caused by the hospital staff. She was the one telling us to go inside fast. I was the only one sitting in sonography room earlier, and sonography staff told me to go toilet first, I don't know when the 2nd lady arrived because I was out for only 30-45 second. But seriously this is not professional, you are charging us fortune and there is no one outside the room to even collect the sonography slip, or to guide us when to go inside and when to not. Worst of all, Dr. Is not at all understanding she just started shouting and make the other lady fight also atleast the door should be locked from inside. This left me only in tears , definitely never going back.

Unhygienic hospital of Amritsar. Staff is very very less. A room with AC that not cools and fridge that not work. You will not get anything to eat inside not for patients also.

Wonderful doctors team ,homely treatment ,best IVF center in Amritsar... Even in risky and serious cases they give 100 percent .. I personally recommend every female to recommend Dr Jaspreet Walia ,if u r in any trouble regarding Gynaecologist... U Get positive result from them .. She is a second God for those patients who lost there hopes regarding pregnancy and delivery.... I Give 100 /100 to all doctors and nurses who help patients as there family members...

Would really have given minus stars had the option been available. My newborn suffered a lot 6 months back when he was born. We all suffered a lot. This was due to sheer negligence of the staff, doctor as well as pediatrician. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Very Good Hospital. Very Experienced Staff. Guides you properly even in very risky cases and helps a lot. Doctors are most Experienced which helps in making things easy. Very safe hospital with staff at cleaning premises at regular intervals. I recommend it as they guided us perfectly.

Worst Service Ever. Very Unhelpful Staff. No facility of Payment by Card. No Photostat machine available for bill copy. No Centralised management - you have to pay for medicines separately, tests at different lab. Nurses and other staff ask for money/tips everyday. Reception does not have any answers. Accountant is most unhelpful person - Does not even know how to create a bill for Insurance claims. Not recommended at all - there are better options available in Amritsar.

Worst doctor, worst staff& worst dealing. Most expensive for no reason. No sympathy for patient. Very rude behavior. Abusive language. There are around 10-15 ladies working including doctors and receptionists but only 1 or two are polite and know how to talk. We recently had very bitter experience here. It was our first and last experience with chachi hospital. Neither we will come here again nor will recommend to anyone. There are are many more doctors available in Amritsar, go consult them. Don't come here.

Had pathetic experience there. The receptionist write the list of people coming for checkup on random paper and then throw it somewhere. After waiting for 2 hours. She couldn't find the list and asked I should have gone by myself next. Then Dr. Recommending me so many medicines for vomiting during pregnancy which when asked is her reply yeh to khana padega isse theek nai hota to yeh le lena nai to yeh le lena.
