Dr Jacob's Omega Dental Clinic & Implant Centre - Dental clinic in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Was refused to replace a loose dental bracket or proceed and follow up on my request based on the grounds that the "qualified"professional present required permission from my local go to clinic in hometown. Lack of self decision making in profession seen. Was Asked to come later at times of their convenience, wasting time taken to come and increasing costs of transport. Not a very flexible service for myself as a foreigner. Edit: to note, I made appointment 2 day prior, only to have it delayed further on the scheduled day. It was the wasted time and costs of transport. In the event of no contact or long time taken to contact with previous dentist, I believe there should be a solution to meet a patient's request and I believe it is the patients issue that should be addressed that matters the most. I left the clinic with discomfort caused by single dental bracket.

As a foreigner who travels to kerala quiet often , i will say this clinic is the cleanest of all places, even the toilets, and the staffs are so friendly they assist you as you enter without a long queue. The doctors there makes you feel like you are home. i have gone there plenty of times. I will be definately coming back if i ever will have to see any dental treatment. Did a scalling and RCT and crown. It was the least painful dentistry experience i have had whole my life without any numbing injections, they were indeed gentle for sure. They took their time to serve each and every person patiently and didnt rush and exit unlike other places which is why I personally adore the doctors in this clinic. They managed to do all of this for me in a very short period of time. LITERALLY 4 DAYS. Dr. Thasneem, Dr. Shree Lakshmi and Dr Bineetha. Very well trained staffs here, immediately responds to my every needs with a smile. "A genuine smile" Very Positive Enviroment.

One of the best place i found in trivandrum..i myself and my son did our filling and cleaning from this place and it was awesome...it was fast and with really helpful staffs...moreover prices are quite affordable too...a must visit for your dental..

I had a very good experience in Omega Clinic where there was an emergency case for my mom who had a severe tooth pain on Saturday and I had a word with Jacob Doctor and he had suddenly fixed an appointment on Sunday and Dr.Sandhya who had treated my mom dental case fixed the issue without any pain. Later had undergone root canal and capping which was also good as across the root canal process she had no pain . We had also visited lot of other dental clinic in Trivandrum but I would say Omega Clinic is the best in terms of service also in terms of price. Thank you Dr Jacob and Sandhya for your hospitality.
