I know sir for last one Yr, Watever problem it may be regarding our pets doctor is available 24*7..the best quality I have seen in doctor is even though it may be a silly question regarding the signs which we see in the pet but doctor takes takes time and explain us everything regarding the concern wat we have. Being a pet parent Im so thankful to doctor.
He is the Best Doctor for our Fur Babies !!.. I went with my 2 year old Golden Retriever with a severe skin condition.. I have been visiting lot of places, Vet Hospitals and have been treating wrongly all these years. Recurring skin irritation, red ness, skin turning black, loss of fur etc. had been on and off, since he was a puppy.. and was told as food allergies, fungal infections, etc and giving antibiotics on and off. After contacting him, on our first visit after hearing the history of illness, treatments, he diagnosed the problem correctly, and he provided with the right treatment. Still the treatment is going on, but my boy is doing so much better, and showing signs of improvement. Dr. Jacob Alexander is very simple and honest and answers your questions and explain so that we can understand everything. The passion for animals shows the way he handles each and every other pet and pet parents. Thank you Doctor.
