Reaching to Dr. Indu was one of the safest and luckiest step I took. Doctor is highly professional, being transparent and frank to her will help you get the best result. If life is complicated and can't share with anybody Doctor will guide you and it's confidential as it should be. We can easily communicate to her whether its Malayalam or English. Sometimes we might struggle to address the emotions but Doctor is super quick to understand our emotions and thoughts. You'll get all your mental health issues sorted one by one with her counseling and medications only if required, do not rush your treatment. I'm on prescribed medication and counseling around 2yrs which changed my life completely. From NO HOPE to NEW APPROACH towards life, this is where I'm standing now. Treatment and its duration will depend on each person's case, please do not compare with other visiting patients or doctors. I have seen patients from the teenage, pregnant woman, post pregnancy, adults, couples to old age groups who trust her and started the healing journey. She is not limited to certain cases, age group or gender. Speaking about Antidepressants, I was little scared of taking it initially but Doctor guided me through and gave correct dosage gradually to bring me on track. Consultation and medications are affordable too. Appointments through phone call on daily basis available to avoid wait. Walk-ins will be tough to accommodate between too many patients. I'm not done with the feedback but wrapping up saying you'll be on safer hands whether you pick counseling or medication. Nothing is going to harm you than the struggle of untreated depression. So give it a try. Skip the myths and doctor will do the rest. I'm grateful to Dr. Indu!
