Dr. Himanshu Patil - Endocrinologist in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

I didn't even visited given clinic, but my experience of booking appointment of Dr patil is extremely pathetic, for continuous calls to their Provided number for nearly 40 times i was unable to get appointment. Mostly they don't receive call and when they do they have one answer only bookings full. From that I can conclude that it's not professional way to deal already battered patients who want to get treatmemt they seek. Better I show to another doctor. Thank you.

Doctor is good or not that is later part. But first a patient to visit a good doctor should have a good and polite receptionist who can clear on call the exact process to get an appointment or waiting process. On a day receptionist says don't come today as we have too many numbers already taken for the day, so come tomorrow. And when you give a call next day the message you get is - Aapne number nahi lagaya. Receptionist is very rude and have high tone pitch while answering enquiry calls. Patient search for good doctors and give a call to know the process for consultation, as we all understand that it's not easy to get an appointment of a good doctor. We know that we need to visit clinic and wait for an hour or two however there is a way to handle patients call being polite and not being so rude and loud. Really disappointing experience. Genuine feedback only for the receptionist as we did not consult the doctor with such experience.

A great thanks to doctor Himanshu who has given so much of himself to treat my thyroid problem which helped me to conceive post 5years and that too with a successful delivery on 18aug 2023. Thanks a lot to keep me Nd my pregnancy journey healthy and safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of your patients so delicately. Visited here for high thyroid level due to which we were unable to have pregnancy. Dr. Patil Sir attended us for past year like a family and bring down the levels to normal range. And we are very happy to announce that we are blessed with a baby girl on 25th August 2023. All thanks to Dr. Patil Sir and Dr. Neelam Puniyani Madam for their care and treatment, because of them we are a happy family now.

Excellent endocrinologist in nagpur my wife has been diagnosed with thyroid and was under observation and treatment of Dr .himanshu patil since four years now my wifes report is also good and my new born baby's report is normal ..doctors behavior is just like friend ..sometimes very rush at hospital so you have to wait for long and you have to plan according just like appointment
