Amazing dermatologist in thane. Welcomes you with a smile and is very honest in the way he deals with skin issues so easily. Clinic is small and nicely managed and staff is ok too He has got a good repute in thane for the good work he does I have no hesitations in recommending the doctor to anyone

On 7th November I booked an appointment for Today i.e. 8th November 12:30 pm. For some reason i was running a little late so i called the clinic at 1:09 pm asking the receptionist if i could come now to which they said they are booked. On requesting them they were kind enough to give me appointment for 2:30 pm i agreed and the conversation was complete. In a minute i called them back because I forgot at 2:30 pm i already had commitments. So I requested if there's any other time slot that they could give me for today, maybe in the evening, to which they said they are sorry this whole week is booked, which I totally understand and said 2:30 won't be possible for me. The receptionist said for now 2:30 pm is the only time slot that they can adjust but still she said will try to adjust if there are any time slots available in the evening, she stated "i will check with the team call back on this number if any adjustments can be done". I politely replied, okay let me know thankyou! nobody called for an hour i understood there might be no adjustments that can be done. Fair enough. Later at 3:18 pm someone from the reception called and said sir you were going to come right? Are you going to come or not? You should have informed if you are not coming. I said I already had a talk about this earlier You'll were going to call and let me know if i could get the appointment in the evening because 2:30 is not possible for me to come. She replied, "okay sir that's your problem then we can't do anything" which sounded very arrogant to me. I understand clinic is almost fully booked barely any appointments can be given at short notice I understand that. But I didn't understand why she had to call me just to tell me it's your problem sir. I wasn't complaining about that to you that you are not giving me appointments. I confronted her about this but she wasn't ready to listen. She was going on and on "you were given 2:30pm's appointment you didn't come and all" she wasn't ready to understand that somebody from her team already had a talk with me and I'm trying to explain it to her which is not my duty and not my problem if there's lack of coordination in the clinic.

The doctor and the medical care is amazing. The admin staff is so negligent and the wait times are so long. Doesn't matter you show up early, on time , or late. You will have to wait an hour or more. It's always overbooked. They don't attend to patients who have booked appointments,they don't manage seating. They just talk among themselves and are on the phone. Doctor : 5 stars Admin staff : -3 stars

Had a positive experience at Dr. Harsh's clinic. Effective treatment, and the staff was professional. I'd recommend Dr. Harsh for dermatology needs.

Most irresponsible and rude staff i have ever seen. They are not even bothered to make sure clients who are travelling from far should know that doctor has cancelled the appointment. If you are not reachable for once they will not even try to call again or drop a message.

Pathetic response from front desk lady does not follow any rule and protocol worst service but must say doctor is best .. treatment given by doctors is fabulous but that lady is ridiculous i was waiting for more than 1 and half hour but that lady sent guy first who came just like 15min ago and when we say that to her she makes a very disgusting face
