Worst experience. Not gonna visit again......Doctors are not experienced and not able to find the cause for my ear prblm . At after taking Rs.600 /-as a OP charges .after they asking extra charges for each EAR cleaning 500/- They send you in to see a different doctor without informing you of who you will be seeing. There is absolutely no way for you to find out which doctor you are consulting as the payment receipt, which is the only document that mentions....It's very commercial and expensive hospital. Doctor will ask you to go for all possible tests and scans even they are not necessary.

I had visited this hospital in September month for throat tonsil stone removal. At that tine Dr. Mahalakshmi in the evening time, she cleared throat without pain and spoken very friendly. But when I visited yesterday October 31, Dr.Harika was there, she's behaviour worst than ever. She removed my throat tonsil stones very badly with blood. She doesn't know how to talk with patients. When they are consulting fee 600/- they should bare at least 15mnts of time with patients and she should suggest precautions to avoid them, but she doesn't.

They send you in to see a different doctor without informing you of who you will be seeing. There is absolutely no way for you to find out which doctor you are consulting as the payment receipt, which is the only document that mentions it, doesn't even reach you until it reaches the pharmacy where they don't even ask if you want to buy medication from them, just dole them out. The doctor (Dr Neelima) looked totally annoyed that I was taking more than 2 milliseconds to tell her my symptoms, get the prescription and run out, practically shoving my file in my face to get me out. Overall an awful experience, would recommend just going the extra distance and seeing someone at a proper specialty hospital instead.

At the end she said that I have to get used with my problem and no another solution.. after taking 600 as consultation fee they didn't suggest any medicine to me. my mother went to ENT doctor for same ear prblm in a village he gave medicine and it is cured now...

I have been visiting ENT care for the past 8 years. I visited Dr.Harika for the first time when she was a visiting doctor at Anupama Hospital, I had gone to her with acute ear pain and after visiting her I was fine in just 15 min. Her diagnosis of the problem is extremely precise and her prescriptions are the best. I have frequent throat infections due to my profession where I have to speak for long hours everyday and I always visit her and get up and running in just a couple of days. I have recommended Dr.Harika to many of my friends and relatives and everyone is extremely satisfied. As it is said that very few doctors have healing powers in their hands and I must say Dr.Harika is one among them. I strongly recommend Dr. Harika for all ENT related problems.

Dr Akhilandeswari from Dr Harika clinic...worst treatment ever....hospital dont even have an ENT chair no saline water to clean the wound, no proper equipment ...but they charged huge amount. I went there for foreign body removal, with out visibility she literally blindly poked and damaged my throat with forceps.... Shame on her ....after going there I'm suffering with huge pain... worst treatment. I don't call her a doctor....these kind of doctors should be barred from practice.

I had visited here for my ear pain. Dr.Harika was very fast in terms of consultation, barely in 1 minute, inspecting my ear and prescribing medicine all are done. Even then I was fine with this fast consultation, but even after using medicines for 2 days my ear infection got worse with unbearable pain, then I visited Medicover hospital where it was cured. Consultation charged is 600/- which is too high for the treatment & attention to detail given, even bigger chain like medicover charged 450/- for consultation. But the bigger thing is not above the fee, but the attention given to patient. It's not a govt hospital where we are coming for free treatment. Hope the team takes this feedback as constructive and improve.
