Dr Gupta's Multispeciality clinic, Kharar. Pathetic experience with this clinic. They are only sitting to make money. A patient visit to a hospital only in condition which are not controllable and its the best opportunity for them to make money. I have taken my sister to only change her canula and they charged 750 rs for a small procedure. Cost of canula understood and then 500 rs to change her canula. I asked them what if they have to put an injection in the drip then said it will cost more 250 approximately or more. So nearly about 1000 only for giving an injection. We had our own medicines and injections. It's not the first time due to non availability of many hospital nearby I had to visit them before as well and they charge more than market price for any kind of tests. Please be aware when visiting this clinic as they would keep charging you and treating you unnecessarily. Staff specially is very much rude and non cooperative and unprofessional.
I took my mother in this clinic for treatment as she was getting fever from past few days they admitted her and gave her antibiotic one night and then they removed and said will give give you in morning and in morning they gave just one antibiotic more and they made a bill of 36000 for one night in hospital and i was shocked and was not happy with the treatment and when doctor came in evening next day we requested to take discharge and told him that we will take her to another hospital he said your nost welcome and said you will loose her if we will take her home so after that we took my mother to another hospital and she is fine and happy and healthy so i am not at all happy with the treatment we got there
Dr Gupta is highly experienced and he knows his field very well. Staff at Dr Gupta's multi-specialty clinic is highly trained, and are very well behaved, specially Karamjeet mam. I do have long term association with Dr Gupta since 2016. So what I m writing is based upon of my 6 years of experience, not on the basis of single visit. Very bad experience, they took more than 24 hours to provide CBC report. And they changed very high uncesary. I will never recommend. Not good at all.
Got treated for Hepatitis A leading to ALF. Wonderfully managed by Dr Gupta and staff.. Remained admitted for almost 15 days, nursing staff was very humble and knowledgeable. Treatment given By Dr Gupta was fantastic. Recommended Strongly....
Dr Gupta is one of the best doctor i have ever came across. Not only he treats the illness but he makes sure patient is comfortable by explaining everything in detail. He is so polite and give sufficient time to each patient. He is master in his field. Consultation charges are very genuine.
Coming to his nursing, reception staff, they treat you like family. Highly qualified and experienced staff.
In this covid pandemic, he is working round the clock for patients to save their lives.
Very neat,clean and green premises. Pharmacy and diagnostics facility also available.
