I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received today at Dr Govindans Hospital. This afternoon, my father sustained a medium-sized cut on his forehead and small burns on his right hand, requiring immediate medical attention. We rushed to your facility, and that's where our ordeal began. The receptionist's indifference and lack of urgency were astounding. She typed at a snail's pace and seemed completely unconcerned about the gravity of the situation. We were directed to the casualty department, but to our shock, we were told to wait, even though we had come in due to an emergency. After enduring an agonizing 10 to 15 minutes of waiting, we left and sought help at a government general hospital, where we were promptly assisted. Later that night, my mother and I returned to Govindans Hospital to request a refund and explain our harrowing experience earlier in the day. Unfortunately, the second staff member we encountered was equally unprofessional. She callously disregarded our reasons and displayed an outrageous attitude. She even made insulting facial expressions, adding to our humiliation. To top it off, she informed us that we would have to return tomorrow to receive a refund, as she was unable to process it today. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the level of care and empathy provided at this institution. Emergencies should never be met with such indifference and disdain from the staff.

One star is not for the doctors, but for the receptionist. Had a really bad experience recently. Went there and no line was there iin the reception. Asked receptionist about the skin doctor and didn't receive any response. I waited for sometime thinking she would reply something. Then again I asked her twice but still she was completely ignoring. And when I started talking loudly she said that doctor is not available. I never had such a terrible experience before. Receptionists are the face of any institution. It is their responsibility to assist the worried patients and family members. Ignoring the customers is not the right way to do business.

My mother was rushed after she feeling numbness in her left had. Some nurse took her BP and Sugar and said its normal and nothing to worry. Next day the symptoms got worse and persisted and we consulted another neurologist and her BP was 90/210 and they informed that my mother has suffered a mild stroke. Such careless diagonsis and irresponsible staff. If you value your life don't go here.

Dt: 23rd Aug No care about Patient and Even in casuality also duty docot is not available.If any case of emergency it is not suggested. Govt Hospital is Good. I went there and connected doctor in 15min. Superb treatment.

One of the worst hospitals in TVM. My baby had so many defects after delivering from Mrs.Asha Fenn, gynaecologist. Do not go there for gynaecology services, for heaven sake.

Excellent hospital for pediatrics/ Gynecology. Hospital staffs are good, hospital premises are average and departments are not arranged well too confusing. And please note that there is no parking space available

Situated opposite holy angels convent school.The hospital is famous for the doctors here,especially for gynaecology.The house keeping is average and the staffs are well mannered.May be this the only hospital in the city with out parking facility.And u can't park in the road side infront,since it is noparking area.

Poor staff behaviour. No advanced options for payment like QR code. Went outside for twice for not accepting card for balance payment. One Saree wearing billing staff who some times sitting in front office is keeping very bad attitude. Not giving importance for patients time. She also tried to make me pay excess amount for TT injection amount which is already paid. Doctors and other staffs were nice to us. That billing staff is not patient friendly. Really a disgrace dor the Hospital.
