Reviews about Maithri clinic and Swathi Mailankody. I took my Father for an eye check-up as he had cataracts and required surgery. We were directed to consult with Dr. Swathi Mailankody (I am very hesitant to call her a doctor). Upon entering her cabin, I greeted her, but she didn't bother to respond politely. Her voice was loud, incredibly annoying, and lacked any sense of empathy. I found her service to be extremely poor as she failed to explain my father's eye condition properly. Instead, she simply mentioned the names of some allopathic medicines she learned in college. I believe it's essential for doctors to clarify why these medicines are necessary for the treatment. Sadly, some doctors nowadays seem to have a superiority complex, thinking they are above others. In my opinion, doctors should be compassionate and caring individuals. I sincerely request the management of Maithri Clinics to replace Swathi immediately with a kind and responsible doctor. As of now, I cannot recommend Maithri Clinics to anyone else due to this unpleasant experience. Absolute zero star rating. 1 star is Google's courtesy.
