I took an appointment for my wife Siddhi. She had knots under trapezius muscle. She was in tremendous pain, she could not even sleep peacefully every night. Dr Garvit helped soothing the pain and removing knots in few sessions. I highly recommend him.
Dr Gaurav is very experienced, knowledgeable and most important...humble. He listens to you patiently, gives time to understand your issue and then suggest best possible treatment. I had a issue in right shoulder from some months so i visited him. He did a physiotherapy session and explained certain exercises to be done. I followed the exercises and kind of stretching told by him, and in a month, i got rid of my pain. Most important thing is, muscle tear or any such issue takes time to heal, so you have to be patient and trust me, this clinic is the best possible place you should be visiting.
I underwent rehab with Dr. Garvit post my ACL & MCL surgery. My rehab was comparatively slower than usual due to my weak tissue however in the very first session I was assured by Dr. Garvit that my recovery will be painless throughout. My experience in undertaking the sessions has been the same. Each session I have seen myself progress towards improvement. After 50+ sessions in precisely 3 months, my knee is stronger than earlier, and I have resumed most of my daily routine. Dr. Garvit is calm, well aware in what he is supposed to do, and great to talk too. He has patiently addressed my queries, hearsay and theories & then guided me with what is right for my recovery. Highly recommended!

Dr Garvit is a very good doctor. Extremely polite and explains everything in great detail. Even responds over phone and messages when needed. I went for pain in my shoulder and neck. Was relieved of the pain within a few sessions. Doesn't charge unnecessary consultation and doesn't recommend unnecessary sessions and treatments. One of the best in Powai area, Would definitely recommend him..
