Getting an appointment through phone is next to impossible. I went personally to get an appointment. They say to call at 12 but the lines will be engaged by then and later on they say the appointment is full. We waited for 2 hours to meet the doctor after we booked our appointment. Once you get inside the doctor's cabin, then the whole scenario is changed. The doctor is a very sweet person and he listens to you patiently. He is in no hurry even though he knows he has a hectic schedule with so many patients in the queue. He is full of positive energy and full of compassion and words of encouragement.

One of the worst reception team.they don't know how to respect the patient and even they don't know how serious about the patient conditions.they speak like they are ordering for us. We cannot ask more than one question at a time of call they will answer same time and they will disconnect the call..we are reaching to meet the doctor past three days but we couldn't get sufficient information till now..we are coming to consult only for the reason of good doctor and well treatment.Try to change your reception and operators team.it would give better results.I hope your reception team will be getting paid salary because if they getting unpaid they even don't show this kind of attitude.Very sad just because of awkward behavior of operations teams.I will not suggest.

The doctor is very good however the staff at the reception is quite the opposite(hence the single star). We have to call at 12PM to book an appointment but how can we even do that if they don't pick the call. And after an hour, they say the appointments are full and call the next day. Truly terrible. We have been calling for a few days now. If this keeps happening, the doctor will surely lose many patients. I hope they rectify this situation.

Dr.Ganesh HK is the best. He listens carefully to the patient. My health is much better after taking 3 months medication. Appointment has to be taken inbetween 12-12.30 afternoon through phone call. If blood test is there better to be 1 hour prier to the given appointment time and get it done. Staff here are good and managing waves of patients nicely.

System for fixing appointment is very bad.The staff are arrogant and do not lift phone. No mercy for the sufferings of patients . The Doctor has to intervene and do something.

Rude staffs, do not attend calls for appointment. Rude behaviour over call and in person. he is not suitable for emergency visits, like even you have something serious you will get an appointment after a week.

Worst ever front desk staff, those who have fed up with them, please give a try to Dr. Shrinath Shetty clinic in Pvs mangalore.. he is also one of finest doctor I have ever met...

Sad to see a really good doctor being rated low because of the staff. I request everyone to rate the staff on the Endodiab page and not on the doctor's page.
