The staff at the clinic is pathetic. The word pathetic isn't enough to describe them. They talk so rudely to the patients and have no sympathy at all. The appointment procedure has no transparency at all and they are doing kind of business in this holy profession and all this goes right under the nose of the doctor. One has to call on a specific number one day prior to get the appointment and that number gets open only for 10 minutes and after that it will go off. It's more like you are playing KBC. The doctor is good at his work but all these mismanagements are forcing people to go to another specialist .

Dr. Grover is Good Doctor and as a person he is very good man. But problem , we have been consulting for my parents from more than 10 years. Now day by day taking appointment is being challenging. His appointment line opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 10:30 AM. It really feels like paying KBC, while this is matter of peoples health, pain and solution they are looking from a doctor whom we consider as a god. I kept trying for a week almost everyday through out 30 minutes, but always line was busy. Being physician and regular doctor your patient need immediate help to get your consultation. Everyone is not staying near by and can't visit your place in morning to get registered. Specially we stay in other city for us its impossible to reach in morning for registration and wait till evening for consultation with elderly parents who needs care. I heard if you go directly and pay 500 bucks; his staff will by pass the queue and take you inside, I can pay money but is it really ethically right. those who can not pay such a huge money they will be waiting just because your staff is making money with your name. Sir, Its my humble request bring some process in place so that people can reach you and get consultation on time specifically your old patients who really trust you and don't want to change doctor. Dr. Is good but attended of doctor is too currupted. Dr's appointment via phone call is hard and somehow if someone got the appointment via phone call then attended says"Today Dr will not come", because he want to patient visit to clinic and he earn 500 rs (Clinic visit fee). instead of 300 rs (appointment fee via phone call). I don't know Dr. know about that or not but Dr. should aware what's happening under his clinic.

Doctor Grover is the best Physician in Kanpur, he is very calm in nature. My wife is alive today just because of him, she always gets positive vipes whenever we meet him. The best part is he never ask to go for undue medical test.

Very effective dr. and reasonable fee 200 and in emergency 300 if dr. available. My experience is dr checks and hears all about patient, very calm nature dr. Is not talkative he can do only his work with 100% efficiency. Dr. Always comes on Time. His compounder is not so well as he is making money only and always tries to enter patient whose name not presented in appointment list. 5 star for Doctor and -1 star for his compounder overall 4star.

Corrupt compounder and fraud chemist. To get appointment you get only half an hour and phone line remains busy. One can never get appointment. Without appointment chemist takes Rs. 500 extra to bypass the line while dr. fees is only 200. Chemist charges more than doctor by using his name.
