After a little talk with Mr. Saravanan i was clearly explained about the process and I was given proper training and nutrition guide to achieve my goal. I have gained 4KG in 3 months. Thanks to DR Fit and i highly recommended this place for your goals.

They are very good in training people. Mr.saravanan our trainer who is doing an amazing job, he is very motivating and understanding. Training schemes and workout plan varies for each and everyone. Everyone gets equal attention and they assign workouts what is exactly needed for a person. Joining them has definitely helped build our stamina. They do have customised homemade food (DR.Fit foods) such as health mix powders, healthy drinks etc. These products are especially designed for the people who are health conscious. overall, the service they provide is Excellent. Feel euphoric after joining them.
Master effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and share & comnunication is really helping out lot to stay fit.
