Dr.Dounde's ENT Hospital One of the best hospitals in Hyderabad City . Thanks to Dr sudhir Dounde sir for the treatment.The best doctor which is so humble, caring and with loads of knowledge, very best and skilled in performance i ever came across. My experience at this hospital is very good. Dr.sudhir Donde is a very excellent doctor. He clearly explains the patient's condition and also provides clarity on treatment planned. I would definitely recommend him for any ENT treatment.
Staff at the Clinic are the worst. Had a frustrating experience. There are 2 ladies who sit at the counter to take appointments, they are not at all professional, doesn't know how to talk to patients. very rude. they even shout on them. Attitude on their face is like they own the clinic. They pick and disconnect the calls whenever we call for appointments. Treatment wise, it is good. But hospitality matters. If patients are treated well, they can visit the place again.
I travelled all the from sainikpuri to the clinic. I met the doctor and he asked for some tests. Came back all the way with the reports. The doctor did not even meet me. He just prescribed medicines via attendant. She was not able to explain the dosage and application of the medicine. I had so many doubts and was disappointed.
Worst staff at the appointment/receptionist, you are giving service and we are paying money. Dont be adamant and behave properly with patients. Yesterday I consult the doctor paid Rs 700 fees, he suggested few Lab test . Today I went to show the reports and take prescription. Again they charged me Rs 700 but they took cash. Is this the way you are looting patients, its disgusting and disappointing
