With profound grief and sorrow, I hereby declare that that Dr. Dilip Kumar in association with Medica Superspeciality Hospital was not able to perform the so called most advanced robotic heart surgery called #TAVI. Despite trusting Dr. Kumar and his inexperienced proctor called Dr. Prashant Dwivedi to provide the best possible care, it became very much apparent that their priorities were misguided. Instead of focusing on my father's well-being, they seemed more interested in making money. Dr. Kumar suggested that they will go for a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI), which was a very expensive surgery compared to open heart surgery but assured that it will be safer and will take less time to do the surgery. Based on his recommendations and high ratings, we accepted his advice without question. Unfortunately, my father passed away during the TAVI surgery inside the Operation Theatre itself. Also surprisingly he charged, the entire amount of Rs. 15Lacs despite the patient is no more alive. My horrific experience is a cautionary tale for others looking for same medical treatment or surgery. I urge others to be high #alert and #cautious while considering Dr. Dilip Kumar and Medica Superspeciality Hospital. His high ratings may look lucrative, but it is crucial to prioritize a doctor's concern for their patient's well-being over their own financial gain. I strongly recommend not to choose this doctor and Medica Superspeciality Hospital for kind of medical treatment or surgery if you really value the life of your loved ones.

My father complained about chest pain in middle of the night, and we had to rush him to Medica, which was near to my house. We took him to the emergency, but was skeptical about availability of a specialist doctor. The ECG confirmed , that is suffering a heart attack. To my astonishment, we were informed that he will be shifted to Cathlab immediately, and procedure will be done within few mins. Remember it is 1.45 in the mid night. By the time, my father reached the cathlab, Dr Dilip Kumar and his team was standing ready to operate and save his life.
